Headmaster of Hasseris Gymnasium & IB School
Headmaster (rektor) of Hasseris Gymnasium and IB School is Anders Bach Jensen. He can be contacted by mail on ab@hasseris-gym.dk or

Head of IB Department and IB coordinator
Head of IB Department and IB coordinator, Lars Nielsen, has the overall responsibility for the IB Programme, including admission and exams. He can be contacted on email via Lectio or on ib@hasseris-gym.dk,or by phone on +45 96 32 71 17 or +45 23 30 34 09. Lars can be found in the IB Office in O11.
Student Counsellor and Deputy Head of IB Department
Student Counsellor and Deputy Head of IB Department, Karin Mølgaard Skals, assists with a variety of study related issues but is also available for informal and confidential talks about problems not related to school. Karin can be contacted on mail via Lectio or ks@hasseris-gym.dk or by phone on weekdays between 8.15 and 15 on +45 30 27 39 17. Karin has office hours in O11 Tuesdays on even weeks from 12.05–13.35, Wednesdays on uneven weeks from 10.05–11.35 and will usually also be in the office Fridays during lunch break.
CAS Coordinator
The school’s CAS coordinator, Charlotte Nielsen, also has her office in O11. Her office hours are Thursdays 9.45–12.05 and Fridays 11.35–12.05 on even weeks and Mondays 11.35–12.05, Thursdays 9.45–12.05 and Fridays 11.35–12.05 on odd weeks. She can also be contacted by mail on cn@hasseris-gym.dk or by phone on weekdays between 8.15 and 15 on +45 22 17 42 88.
IB Teachers
Most of the teachers at IB are also teaching STX. You can find subject teacher and all other staff at Hasseris Gymnasium and IB School on www.hasseris-gym.dk/kontakt/medarbejdere/.
SU
You apply for SU online at www.su.dk, the home page of »SU-Styrelsen«. Remember that you need to order a digital log-in before you can apply online. On the home page you can also find information about the SU system, but the site is mostly in Danish, so if you have problems with the translation, you are welcome to contact Lars or Karin. School secretary Bente Pinstrup deals with daily SU inquiries. You find her at the school’s general administration office, or you can contact her via Lectio.
»Studievalg Nordjylland«
Issues regarding studies after IB, especially in Denmark, is attended to by »Studievalg Nordjylland« and student counselor Line Madsen Skorstengaard. During your time at Hasseris Gymnasium Line will come on a number of occasions to inform you about different study opportunities. She can be contacted via Lecio, and you can read more about »Studievalg Nordjylland« on www.studievalg.dk/nordjylland.
If you want to study abroad, a variety of different folders and brochures from various universities abroad can be found outside the IB Office. Feel free to ask your Lars and Karin for further information on application procedures.
Psychologist Carl Aage Okkels
If you have problems, school related or not, which you feel you need to talk to a psychologist about, you can see the school’s psychologist Carl Aage Okkels. Okkels can be contacted daily on +45 20 66 71 77 or on co@mf-gym.dk. You can make the contact yourself or get help to do so from Karin or Lars.
If you need emergency psychiatric help, the emergency psychiatric department is open 24 hours a day and can be contacted on +45 98 13 42 02.
