IB Graduation 2010 part 1

What do you do about the tradition of going by horse carriage to visit the houses of each graduate when your parents are not just living in and around Aalborg, but are actually living in Uganda, Italy, Århus, Frederikshavn and many other far-out places?

You simply invite them to come to you and party with you at to the place where you have spend many of your awake hours during the years before actually becoming a graduate: to school. That was exactly what this year’s IB-graduates did on their final day of examination, inviting not only parents, but also grandparents, sibling, uncles and aunties, boyfriends and girlfriends to celebrate the happy occasion.

Almost 100 people attended the graduation celebration on the evening of Friday May 21, witnessing a long line of various entertainments and speeches served with an internationally inspired buffet and an atmosphere to remember.
